The St. James Room
As part of The Fairmont Copley Plaza’s $20 million plus restoration project, the space containing the award-winning Oak Room restaurant is being updated and refreshed. As of January 1, the restaurant will now operate out of the elegant St. James Room, continuing to offer a luxurious, intimate atmosphere and serving the same distinctive menu during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Engaging Martini
Truly the most romantic martini in Boston, it is served on the “rock.” The Engaging Martini is a heart stopping combination of Belvedere Vodka, a dash of dry Vermouth and an unusual garnish – a diamond engagement ring. With this extraordinary martini, the Fairmont Copley Plaza will provide an additional finish with a deluxe one-bedroom suite fitted out with Champagne, chocolates and flowers. And if this elixir of love is still not enough, the Copley Plaza will add an elegant dinner for two in the St. James Room. The price for this unique package is $12,750 (which includes an $11,000 credit at DePrisco Diamond Jewelers for the ring, or other piece of jewelry, of your choice).
